Hope it works as intended someday. It seldom ever finishes loading. Did get a list made and when I got to the store the app would never load.

I loved this app and for the past couple of weeks I can’t get to my list...it just says loading. I couldn’t get it to work in the store at all.

You released an "update" to fix bugs. Never had any issues. Downloaded update anyway. Now the app won't even load. Instantly crashes. Deleted and reloaded. Same crap. Way to go you idiots.

Just open your refrig or pantry and scan the UPC bar codes of what you usually buy. The camera decodes them and populates your shopping list. All the product details (brand, size, variety, etc) are captured. Then it organizes your shopping list by aisles based on the Publix store you choose. So convenient!

This app has been wonderful until I updated it today. Now, the app just flickers on my screen and refuses to open. I've tried everything to fix it. Unfortunately, Publix will lose my money until it's updated again!

This latest update killed it.

System requirements 8.0 or greater. I'm running 9.3.5 on my iPhone 4s and the Publix app crashes every time. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, to no avail. I depend on this app for my shopping list. Please fix it!

Is there a way to view to sale ad in a traditional flyer mode. I have to go online and view. I must be missing this. List view is no way to advertise!

Please make justice to your brand and customer service. This is app is a total shame. You don’t even bother to include pictures of the products. Sad, very sad.

A recent update apparently disabled the pharmacy function. Now instead of easily scanning my Rx bottle and picking up my refill, it redirected me to the publix pharmacy app. THAT app is difficult to set up, use, and unnecessary. I consciously chose not to use it. The pharmacy section was the only part I really used in the publix app. Now I have deleted the app and been forced back 20 years to call in a refill snd sit through the interminable message. Something actually worked brilliantly and now it doesn’t. Ugh. Unhappy.

It's been weeks since I can take advantage of your digital coupons, the app crashes every time I load it. This seems to be a recurring trend with app updates (not just the Publix app) since iOS 11 was announced. Don't forget there are folks still running iOS 9 on their older devices. Only rated 2 stars because of the crashing; otherwise I would rate 5 stars.
