Can’t add items to my list

I don’t know why, but since I got the iPhone 8 and added the Publix app, it no longer allows me to add items to my shopping list. It worked pretty well on my iPhone 5s and it works on my husband’s iPhone 6s. This seems like one the most basic features this app should have. Please fix this problem. It’s not worth keeping the app otherwise.

I use every time I shop, and it makes researching all of the bogos easy. They need to update the app when items are moved within the store, and allow the use of more name brands. You can search and find Coke, but nothing comes up with Swiffer etc...

You can make a generic list and the item aisle locater is helpful; it’d be nice to be able to include a brand name. I could not find a way to add additional coupons (while in the store) without leaving the app and going to the website, which was awkward. I could only view an abbreviated version of some coupons for new items on my list. I would prefer it if, once I enter my phone number at checkout, any sale item in my cart would be recognized without having to link it to my grocery list.

I like to plan my meals for the week and then use the app to add all of the ingredients I need. The app groups the items by isle which makes going through the store a breeze. However, the interface and bugs make it difficult to use. I’ve got to tap three times to get to a list of all my shopping lists. I’ve given up organizing them and just use the delete all items on last week’s list. Most importantly is when editing an item and specifying details like quantity or notes. Like 1.5lb of ground turkey — I add “1.5lb” to the notes and tap Save and it doesn’t save my notes. I have to tap the item “ground turkey” again and enter the note and save again for it to actually save. It does this 90% of the time, somehow it works and as a programmer it drives me crazy that I can’t figure out why it does. It doesn’t save quantity changes either. It would easily be a 4/5 star review if not for this bug.

Crashes on every attempt to open. I Phone 6s with iOS 9.2. Please fix!! Your latest update says iOS 8. What a joke. Disgusted.

Helpful app when it works, unfortunately that’s about 30% of the time. The other 70% it crashes within the first minute of use, requiring a force quit.

I use it weekly. I check every Thursday, first for the BOGOs & it tells me which aisle the items are in for my store. Saves me a LOT of time and helps me organize, no paper coupons to lose or file, and it gives me ingredients for the recipes I use. I save a ton of cash every week. Not bad for an ol’ dog who learned a new trick.

Very glitchy and have had to reinstall several times because it frequently gets stuck on “loading” the shopping list. I am a personal shopper for hire, so this is very frustrating when trying to complete a job. When it works, it is super helpful to whiz through the store, organized by aisle location.
