Still Needs Work

This app can be so much more valuable. Still freezes & crashes frequently. Most often when trying to open Shopping List - when we need it most (such as finding the unlogical places items are sometimes shelved). Accessibility of shopping list has not improved despite last several updates. Please fix!!
What Happened?

This used to be a terrific app then everything changed. To get to my shopping list I have to open the app, immediately click BACK, then click any choice, when that opens, go to BACK and click Shopping List. Sometimes. Sometimes it just sits on Loading and does nothing. My second gripe is changing Pharmacy to a separate app and then not being able to put my and my husband’s prescriptions in one so had to create a brand new email address for him.

I love walking up to the deli and picking up my order (waiting for me in the cooler) with NO waiting in line! Sooo helpful!
Worst shopping app ever

You have to signup to see anything. After signing in it will not provide prices of any product. No comparisons, no suggestions. The most useless application ever. After 10 minuets trying to find the price of a product I gave up. It do allows to scan the bar code of a product, but what use is that if you can’t know how much it costs. Really a lame application. Really disappointed, because Publix is my favorite super markets and the people in the store is great. To bad for this application.
Update Ruined It
App support doesn't respond.
Can no longer search by keyword...only brings up limited products. Online ordering from deli is tedious as I can no longer search for what i need to order (i.e. “low sodium turkey”), without bringing up ALL board head products and having to scroll through to find what I’m trying to order ahead. Not exactly a streamlined experience. I go to Walmart now since I figure if I’m going to be aggravated anyway, I may as well save money.

Please update this app. I download today and it looks it has a bug because I soon as I open it closes but itself so is not working for me. Once I can truly use it I would give a higher rating.

Really glad that guy isn’t my district manager, sounds like a nut case. I don’t think he understands what R&D is. On another note though, I love Publix and I’m sure the app will improve with time. So far I’ve signed up and navigated it. It’s pretty self explanatory. Good job as Always Publix?

Update!!!! I just downloaded the Winn Dixe app and it is awesome!!! There is even a Winn Dixie close to me! Looks like Publix has lost a 35 plus year customer! Wowed!! It’s been 3 hours and my shopping list still hasn’t loaded!!! Wow I’m impressed by you app expertise! Great Job!!!! Your update and bug fixes really has improved the app. I love how my shopping list freezes and won’t load and the constant crashing is awesome! If your goal was to turn a great app into a crappy one you have succeeded beyond anyone’s wildest imagination. Maybe it’s time to start shopping at Winn Dixie! Hey do you think I could get my shopping list to load by the end of 2018!?!? You guys think you have fixed anything!?!? I’m a district manager for my company and if any of my employees screwed something up this bad they would be Fired!!!! Can I speak to the manager of the app team? I want to tell them what a complete lousy job you have done fixing the app! Oh... it was working awesome!! BTW I never had any problem finding anything location for product was 100% accurate. What happened? You guys didn’t have anything to do but screw up?

What happened to this app? It worked flawlessly in the past, now it takes 4 to 5 times to get in and use it. Needs a bug fix, using an iPhone 6 Plus.
