lots of bugs

it’s great when it works but half the time it won’t open. or sometimes it only works on wifi

Still no update for iPhone X...

The_Coupon_Hunter

Was decent app for shopping but apparently support for iPhone X is not a priority. It just shrinks down the app to the size of a smaller phone.

Prices?

SJP4G

Perhaps include pricing on products in next update and show BOGO and other deals. This app is not exactly user friendly. Very basic, cut and dry. No convenience at all, i have to physically go to a store just to find out what i would like to find out from your app.

I love shopping at Publix, but...

MacTech101

Please Please Please start accepting Apple Pay or come up with a service like Walmart did (Walmart Pay). It makes checkout so much quicker and easier. You guys have the amazing friendly service down pat, If you accepted Apple Pay or had your own mobile pay method, you’d be even more stellar! Please at least look into it. ?

Enjoying it!

After figuring out a problem I was having; I have been able to use the app and it is great! I love using the shopping list, it sorts your items by aisle for you! I also love using the on-line ordering! It saves so much time when ordering deli meats/sandwiches. I would like to be able to share my list and print it.

Would rate 5 if it wasn’t Crashy

Mitch from Earth

I still print my list before going to the store, because it’s kind of unreliable. It usually crashes at least once when I launch it, and sometimes gets stuck on a blank screen. Great when it works, though.

Missing Prices

You don’t list prices on your non sale items. How do you expect to compete when Kroger and Walmart display their pricing. App kept getting stuck when trying to create a shopping list. This was my 2nd time giving your app a shot. Looks like I need to delete it again because there’s been no improvement. You all need to invest in your technology more. It’s the way of the future.

From bad to worse

I liked the app, despite its various flaws (clicking to remove expired offers didn't work, for example), but, recently, when I opened it, it closed immediately. I uninstalled the app, but when I tried to re-install it, a warning popped up, telling me the current version was for iOS 10, which I cannot load on my iPhone 6; it said an older version was available, but didn't give me the option of downloading it. Piss-poor.

Love the concept, needs work

Grimgor

I love how I can view the weekly ads and coupons and add them to my shopping list. What I get frustrated with is the shopping list. It used to work wonderfully but with the last few updates, it keeps going down hill. When I add comments on an item or the quantity I usually have to do it 2 or 3 times before it actually saves to my list. Same goes for when I try to add an aisle location to an item not in the system. I also don’t like having to tap the search bar after I list every item. It used to run seamlessly when I could add an item, tap return and go straight to typing my next item without having to tap the search bar. Now with the latest update I can’t even add items to my list as I keep getting error codes. Hopefully they are working on these bugs.

Update/Fix problem

Initially loved this app. Now not so sure. The fact that you now have to download a completely separate app just for prescriptions was very inconvenient. I like the all in one app. Now since the latest update for “bug” fixes the weekly add doesn’t want to populate pages. I have to go to the actual website just to look at the add
