I am so relieved that the new ProJo doesn’t glitch and keep asking for my login whenever I open an article on my iPad. The format with the split screen is a bit cramped on the iPad but not terrible. I

When the Providence Journal e-edition app first appeared it proved to be very challenging to use on my iPad. Screens would jump and shift around, it was very unstable to me. Now it has learned some manners and is enjoyable to use, with the automatic preload of today’s edition, much easier navigation, and just more stable.

This E-edition is a replica of the ProJo that is like reading the paper/hard copy version. I’m old school that way where I like the layout of a newspaper and this is a great experience and oddly comforting.
