This app is from the dark ages. It does not sync easily with apple login. Page is busy and confusing. Constantly have to log in with password.

This really basic app is the only way to get the Providence Journal in anything resembling the cohesive presentation of the paper version. The problem is the subscription service is awful. At least once a week it demands that the viewer log in again, and the saved UN and PW never works. Entering the log in info manually now just results in a blank screen. The demise of the American Newspaper starts here. $200 for a year long subscription to an app that doesn’t work is a stunningly bad business model.

It is so frustrating not to be able to go to the e journal app and not get an update daily!!!! Deleting the app and reinstalling every day is asinine!!! This customer is not happy.
