The app keeps closing every time I click on checkout. Please fix this issue. I love shopping here but it’s been doing this for 2 weeks now. I have to go online to order items because the app won’t let me checkout.

I have ordered from this website and received the clothing in completely different sizes. I have ordered an extra small shirt and received an large. I have also made 2-4 item orders and not received all of the clothing.

Everything is great but the wishlist. I hate that it doesn’t load all of your items you saved to buy later. It’s irritating. Fix this problem already !

I ordered $73 worth of clothes but I only got one of the items I purchased I waited to see it was being shipped separate but it never came. Then I tried to let customer service know but I never heard anything back ??‍♀️

I only gave this site a bad rating because they don’t know how to properly put together an app how can I order cloths if your app won’t even let me sign in I can’t save anything it’s really frustrating and dumb

They don’t treat their customers who have problems in a fair way and are stingy on refunds. The customer service isn’t even that great for a fact since it’s a different person helping you each time. I ordered two tops on Oct. 18 with express shipping, and they still haven’t arrived and they don’t even know where my package is. They’re giving me different location sites to go to, and each site says they don’t have it. It makes sense to want to get my refund whether I get my tops or not because this is ridiculous with all the misinformation they’re giving me.
