I’ve used this app many times and always exit and go to a computer before I make a purchase because it’s so frustrating! When you scroll to the bottom and more clothes load on the page it repeats the same clothes you’ve already scrolled past making it hard and annoying to find new clothes. There also is not an option to enter a coupon code during check out on the mobile app which is ridiculous!

Its bad enough none of the clothes you put in the cart doesn’t save, but the fact that this app is broken. If you stroll down some clothes the same clothes repeats over and over, even after updating the app it doesn’t work still. Meaning you dont even see all the clothes they have for sale. Just terrible.

app is ok i use to use it for all the time but now its like everytime i click the app to open it its says its a error so idk what going on . wish it would work tho . im ready to spend some money ?

i love the prettylittlething app, i love their clothes and the service is great especially with everything going on! my only thing is that i wish they allowed you to review clothing just so you can help others with their sizing or vice versa. many times i order the pants too big lol and i know that i’d be able to give other customers a tip if i could write a review :)

Matching Sets

Overall the app is good, but shopping for two price sets on PLT is EXTREMELY counter Intuitive. I would suggest reviewing Fashionova’s layout and implementing something similar as it’s hard to find sets using the app even if you filter for them. I’m finding that the sets don’t show up together; you have to scroll through the entre category sometimes to find matches. It’s annoying!

I will never be ordering from here again. Although they do ship fast I was very disappointed when I opened my package. I ordered a size 0 for both outfits and one came in a size 1 and the other came in a size 0 however they are both way too big. I guess their sizing is just weird so it’s really risky ordering from here. Be careful! I wasted my money.?
