My cart is always disappearing and the app keeps crashing and sometimes won’t let me log in, the whole app has so much glitches and problems in general it makes it hard to shop

I jus downloaded the app and I’m already having problems. I can’t even make an account because I can’t put my birthday in correctly because I can’t see it. It’s literally gone and random numbers pop up.
Waste of time
It's really good and I love it
Spent 50 dollars worth of product haven’t got it it’s been 2 and a half months. I contacted them 2 times first they said they would refund 10 for shipping but I would still get my package second time they said it was a lost package and refund my money ... no money no package just a waste of time !!

HORRIBLE I ordered stuff May 5th and it’s is now August 13th. There is no way to contact them when this happens. I’ve lost $80. this shop disgusts me.

I ordered 100 worth of clothes(8 items) over a month and a half ago. I never received anything. After finally getting ahold of customer service through text, they told me there was an issue with the box being sent back to them. I told them they should work harder to make things right when shipping issues occur. do you know what they told me ? “Well you can just reorder” ugh! So after hours of trying to find everything I had on my first order, I could only find three of the things I initially wanted. It came out to 30 so I debated if I wanted to risk it.... I decided to give them a second chance and even paid for the faster shipping and guess what...... my package is now late and no shipping info. Just don’t. These “sales” aren’t worth wasting your time for things you will never receive and the customer service is horrible

I have yet to buy anything yet but making an account I’ve tried several times to add my birthday on the app I had to guess because the screen was just white where you are supposed to choose the dates, so then I went to the website which allowed me to see what I was doing. I set it to my birthday 3 times and it’s still keeps popping up as 02/10/2000 not sure why or how because that is not my birthday what so ever. Just need to fix your website and app to be more better.

The app has so many issues it’s deleted the wish list. It doesn’t load the app up its signs you out then gives you issues with signing back in I’ve been trying log into my account for over a well now and it doesn’t let me. I’ve tried resetting my password and it doesn’t even send me the email. Please fix the issues.
