customer service – PrettyLittleThing Review

They don’t treat their customers who have problems in a fair way and are stingy on refunds. The customer service isn’t even that great for a fact since it’s a different person helping you each time. I ordered two tops on Oct. 18 with express shipping, and they still haven’t arrived and they don’t even know where my package is. They’re giving me different location sites to go to, and each site says they don’t have it. It makes sense to want to get my refund whether I get my tops or not because this is ridiculous with all the misinformation they’re giving me.
