I am a relatively fit person who enjoys working out 3-4 times a week. I am also a certified personal trainer and registered yoga instructor. Got this because I also have a one year old and sometimes it’s nice to not think about what workout I have to do. This was not challenging in the least and I easily finish it within 12 minutes.
I really like this app, it’s very easy to get 20 minutes of exercise especially on days where my feet are killing me, this is a nice alternative to going for a walk.
I'm just giving this app two stars for now. If it gets better during the next couple times I use it then I will change the Stars

When I purchased this I expected more than 3 prenatal workouts. I'm very disappointed, I expected a variety of exercises, not just 3 per trimester. If I would have known I wouldn't have purchased the app, because the free one provides the same amount of workouts. You're better off just downloading the free one!
Helping me feel like I can still workout!!! Nice and easy to where it's not strenuous!!! But quickly paced enough so you get a good, full body workout!!!
I was excited to purchase this app after my one time trying it out. Little did I know that all the exercises are just repeated in each trimester. No new exercises. Very disappointed.
The exercises are great! I'm glad I got the full version so there's some variety. I like that you can skip the breaks in between the exercises. I only wish there was a progress bar for the whole routine and not just each individual exercise.
I really enjoy the routines. They are just long enough to get your heart rate up but quick enough to do before work, in between activities or in the evening. I wish there was a progress bar to estimate remaining time left and/or remaining exercise positions.
