The Prenatal Workout App was just the boost to my day. I was feeling as though I was lacking the ability to motivate myself and get out of bed each day to simply move. The Prenatal Workout shows you simple moves to get your body warmed up and to give you your strength back. Since signing up, I have added walking a huge hill at work 5 times, heading back to the gym to walk and weight lift and I’m even sleeping better. I highly recommend the App to any mommas out there either trying to get pregnant, already are pregnant or recently had their bundle of joy. The App reminds you, you are worth waking up each morning and feeling the best version of you! Even if you miss a couple of days using the App, the calendar marks your days of use and it feels so good to recognize the progress you are making. I look forward to continuing to use the Prenatal Workout App even after our baby arrives and to share my progress with other mommas who need some self motivation. This is a scam to get your email address. The app is not free - there are no free workouts. Save yourself the spam emails and the app developers selling your info and find another app.

I’ve tried over and over to get into the app , it says it is sending a code to my email so I can continue, but no email code has been sent , I’ve requested it over and over and nothing. Real waste of time.

Didn’t say anywhere until after I downloaded and set up my app and account that it requires monthly payment in order to use. Very disappointed.


Safe and Challenging

I love this plan so far because it is simple and tells me exactly what to do each day. I was very worried about working out in a way that could hurt my growing baby but I feel safe with each workout! In addition, it is still challenging enough for me while remaining simple. I worked out fairly regularly before I was pregnant and this is maintaining the muscles I have now while keeping me in good health for my babe!
