Same exercises in every routine

I was so excited to see a 20 minutes workout that had five different routines. This app has the same exercises for all the routines they just mix them around. I don't feel like I'm doing a new routine. I would just use the free one and not waste money for the 4 additional.

These are good exercises to keep you moving during pregnancy. If you workout a lot, this will not be challenging but will be nice and quick for an "easy" day. I wish the full version came with a short post-natal workout as well.

I think this is wonderful for getting some basic guidance through a prenatal workout. Very convenient and user friendly.


Repetitive routine and too easy

Please add different levels of workouts or options to modify and make more difficult for people that are use to working out. Also, the repetitive routine is very boring. Need more exercises. I'm only on first trimester and already repetitive moves. Would not have paid for the app if I knew.

I upgraded but probably should not have since the levels are the same exercise just in a different order. That said, good for quick, at home exercise that is easy for almost anyone. I would like it if there was a 10 second warning just before the exercise starts and when the exercise is 10 seconds from being over. The 7 minute workout challenge app does that and I really liked it when I was using it pre-pregnancy.

This is great for quick and easy workouts! It is not for you if you're looking for something intense to work up a sweat. While there are some toning workouts involved, I feel that there's also a lot of stretches and moves that help to prevent back and hip pain as your body grows and changes. I look forward to it every evening!

This app is a great alternative to my pre-pregnancy exercise apps like the 7-minute workout. It is worth it to purchase the paid version and get variety in the routines. Unfortunately, there are a few exercises that I can't tell from the description or animated figure exactly what I'm supposed to be doing. Some extra description would be helpful! Also - I don't need the long breaks between exercises. A flexible timeline would also be a good added feature. Overall a great app for pregnant women who want to keep in shape!
