Downloaded/re-downloaded this app and it only recognizes my email and has an old username from way back when that I would think deleted when I closed deleted and removed password and all info from my phone now it will not update my new password or username not email it has that uninstalled and would not recommend

It requires a subscription once you set everything up and then requires you cancel through your iTunes account. Fraudulent if you ask me. Don’t waste your time. Lots of good free apps out there

This was a great work out I am a beginner and it was easy to learn I feel like I just spent an hour at the gym with minimal impact to the body this is what I was looking for to do on the days I cannot go to the gym

The exercises are fun and they feel good. Great choice of the different exercises involved. The only thing I wish is that there was a countdown to the entire session.
