I love my premiere agent and concierge service!

It is the best service I have ever experienced!

I use the App over the website on my computer. I can make calls and texts straight from there without accidentally typing in the wrong number, as well as being able to put notes directly into your clients folders immediately.

App doesn't work

I downloaded the app and a screen appears telling me to wait while all my Zillow and Trulia contacts and messages are synced (??? I don't have any contacts or messages on Zillow). I waited about a half an hour and it never finished. Can't contact support from it because it won't open

Easy to use - not a ton of bells and whistles. But it does help keep track of who I called, texted, emailed and any notes I might have about the client - all in one place attached to the property address they first inquired about.

I have an iPhone 7 plus and when I am typing a reply to an inquiry, I want to scroll back up and proofread before I actually send the message. Scrolling up and editing it is impossible. Such a basic function not possible? I will just have to reply from a desktop. Another Zillow fail. Not surprised, just frustrated with Zillow as always.

Overall it works but..

Its got a few glitches. I have to reload my inbox at least 2 times before new contacts show up, sometimes I have to reload then close the app entirely. I also want to be able to reassign contacts to my team members as soon as they come in, not waiting until PAC has made contact and set appointments for me to contact them. It's created several issues where my team member contacted them, but because of PAC they were still expecting a call from me.

I prefer the older version still that Zillow had before updating there phone app. The newer version doesn't have as much detail an is more complicated. I prefer the simple way and if it's not broke why fix it.. Just my opinion thanx

Why have an app that you can not access all that is needed. You can't get to team rules or notifications within the app.
