I had a message in my inbox for two weeks. I lost that client and a pay day. The information in this app is useless. Consumers use your agent. Regardless of what you think, you can not do a better job than your agent. This what they do, let them do it please.

As a Premiere Agent, it allows me to see who's interested in a house, reply right from the app. Let's me do my thing on my smart phone without needing a computer, laptop or tablet.

The app doesn't allow me to set an auto response if I'm not going to be available. I can do this from the premier agent website, but being able to do this remotely from my smartphone is far more important, since as realtors we are always on the go and may not have a chance to login to the website at shirt notice (especially from a smartphone).

This is very convenient & works well to reply to customers inside the app itself. Allows me to get back to people a lot faster. Thank you!

Update says the bug was fixed on Jan 14 . I still can't sign in with email and password. One star for now.. Zillow you've got to have a good agent app

This app has been nothing but trouble for me since its debut. The original app was far superior. Second time since introduction that my leads aren't coming in at all.

An away function would be nice as well as an easier way to link to MLS and Google Calendar. Otherwise, it's as good as Movoto with the pushy telemarketers insisting I "live connect" with unqualified leads.

I love being able to reply on the go. It helps me to stay on top of my inbox quickly and easily. I like that it gives buyer insights to help me paint a more clear picture of the potential buyer or seller and their needs. I appreciate being able to leave notes from the contact I made. I also like that it allows me to view the property with one click. I love the notifications that are instant so I never miss a lead. If you are an agent in the year 2016 and do not have a premier agent account and this app, you are missing out on a ton of business. Zillow keeps me busy and this app keeps me organized.
