Login is disappointing to me

I have two accounts. I can’t remember. I forgot what’s my username. It won’t let me log in. I’ve been resetting my passwords/usernames. It’s completely useless to me.

This app has only ever done something once and that was when in installed it. I’ve been to multiple stores and it never detects I’m there. Why bother putting out Pokémon Pass exclusive content if Pass never works?

I’ve had a Pokémon trainer account for years and trying to use this app never lets me in. It’s a piece of garbage and no matter how many times I talk to someone about it it never gets fixed. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BAD APP

If this is how Pokemon events are going to be held, and it’s going to be this hard just to make it function, you screwed up. Either make a better way to sign in, or go back to distributing cards at GameStop. PLEASE.

Well it took like 5 hours to just LOAD IN NOTHING ELSE but I was at my house with the so internet was fine but still it wasn’t working OH AND DONT GET ME STARTED about the email like wth I checked at LEAST 10 times so I know that’s my email??????????????????????????
