I made a account and when I try to log in i need to verify it, and when I send the email it doesn’t show up? I searched Pokémon in gmail and everything and there’s no verify email..... please fix this!

I’ve been stuck on the same loading screen for twenty minutes I didn’t even get to use the app. I’ve tried reinstalling, resetting my phone, and anything else I could think of and still nothing but that dang loading screen. Update: I finally got it to work using the airplane mode trick but it’s still insane that I have to resort to that a year after the app’s been up this is something that should have been fixed long ago.

UPDATE!! Sounded fun but...

App didn’t work at Best Buy on my my sons Android phone so I tried it on my Apple....still no go. STORE WIFI WAS BAD, LOADED WHEN WE LEFT, WENT BACK AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY! EVEN GOT 3 CODES.

Thanks to this app I just wasted my time going to Best Buy to download Mewtwo only for the app not to even recognize that I was in Best Buy, so there was no way for me to even be able to scan the code. This really needs to be updated or something.

I tried opening the app and it hardly ever opens. And when I tried making an account, it wouldn’t let me put my email and said “email or password is incorrect”

I’ve used this app before and liked it but now it doesn’t work. When I open the app the loading screen pops up and doesn’t stop.

After updating the app, turning on cellular data, and connecting to WiFi and wasting 30 minutes the app still will not work.

Tried to get this for my boyfriend. I scanned a QR code and it didn’t give me the code for the game.

It tells me no more available codes

I got the app today had no problem logging in or having the location services. I went to Best Buy and GameStop to get the event QR code’s and got them and I can’t get the codes from them because it keeps telling me no additional codes available. I was very upset that I couldn’t reveal my codes for these events.

Went to Best Buy, scanned the code, hit reveal, then said no additional codes available. I didn’t get any code at all.
