It’s took a long time to load and when I tried making a password it kept dyeing it??????????????????????????????????????don’t get it it’s a time waster

I love Pokémon and all, but this app doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t load, and the one time it did it kept telling me my account information was incorrect even though I know it was. Can y’all please fix this? I missed out on the shiny Solgaleo and Lunala distribution because the app wouldn’t work, and I definitely don’t want to miss out on more event distributions in the future.

Aight so I’ve been checking everyday since November 12 and I haven’t seen any activities to do. I like checking because I know they do stuff for your games but there hasn’t been anything and with the pandemic we kinda need something to do
