Problem getting to gifts

I still have problems getting to gifts sometimes and it’s suuuuper annoying. I don’t understand how this bug hasn’t been fixed yet.

Can't earn points

As usual some updates fix the problem then a week later is comes back. I lock the phone and when I unlocked again I don't earn any points...

Funny but not practical

Nice idea for keeping people away from phone. But many coupons can be found just on the shop's website. If I can get the coupon on the websitr without using the points, why should I use this app?

New update crashes

I can’t even use the app anymore it keeps crashing because of the new updates.

It needs more...PIZZAZZ

I like the concept of having students actually stop playing or texting on their phones and pay attention in class. This app provides that! But it needs more options when it comes to rewards. Like with Target, it could have like a “$10 off of $30 or $40”, or with different food places “free (insert item) with purchase of (insert items)”, etc. Then it’ll be awesome.

Spend time wisely

This app rewards you for staying off your phone and helps to focus better on school or work. It’s a nifty app where can earn free stuff by staying off your phone. It has some bugs, but it is great for the most part.

Ehh

When buying rewards, it would be nice if the codes actually worked ??‍♀️

Nothing for free.

All there are, are deals and specials never have I seen anything that didn’t require a purchase. Wish I could redeem for PayPal money.

They made changes (introduced huge glitches)

Hey guys... what happened? The app used to work and be excellent, now it spontaneously says ‘you failed your goal’. I set my goal for 2 hr, set my phone face down and don’t touch it for 2 to 3 hours, come back and it says ‘you failed, better luck next time.’ Has happened about a dozen times... The old version of the app worked well! Guys... black is the new black. The wheel is the wheel. Sliced bread is sliced bread... Don’t make it complicated... When something works, you’re done, move-on, find another project... don’t mess it up! You are trying too hard to reinvent/improve this and now you have ruined it! Don’t be one of those companies that tinker with their product until it loses what made it work! If the fundamental/base feature is lost in your effort to improve it... you actually made it worse and possibly worthless! Please stop, turn around, go back to what worked... don’t screw this up.

I used to really like it.

Before the update, pocket points was simple. Opened it, lock my phone, done. Built for students. Now I'm not sure what the point of the app is? It is too broad. I'm not sure where to find simple things. And setting a time goal is just not practical for students in class. There should be an option to just let it run and earn points like the old version.
