A few week or two ago I got on pocket points because our teacher told us to get it. So I created a login user and then it asked for a code and I didn’t have one so I clicked on don’t have a code and typed in my school but it didn’t pop up so I requested it. Then the next day I told our teacher and she contacted you guys online I guess and still couldn’t figure it out. So I went on there today a over a week later and my school (Marsh Jr high) is still NOT on there what a waste of time.

Sometimes when I try to redeem the points I’ve earned the app will freeze and force close out of the app.

So glad my teacher I introduced this to us. I’ve gotten some free food out of it already and it’s only my 3rd day :)

For some reason, the app took up TWENTY FIVE GBs! I have had the app for quite some time and it never took up this much space, but then I updated it and the amount of space it took up skyrocketed!

I’ve had this app before and just decided to redownload it. However after entering my phone number and getting a confirmation code, it says “wrong code” is entered. I have retried multiple times and each time it claims an error of wrong code. I have an account already and there is no place to resign in. Bad design and not user friendly.

At first the app was great and I earned points and redeemed for some cool rewards. Then a few months ago the earning system completely stopped working. I would start earning, lock my phone when prompted, and wait. Then when I unlock my phone after any amount of time (minutes to hours) the app says I did not complete my goal. After notifying the developer, they assured me the issue would be fixed in the next update but several “bug fixes” later, the issue still persists. I have not been able to use the app for several months now.
