Won’t work

I used pocket points for a long time and just recently updated it but now it won’t load when I try to open the app the screen turns white and just crashes can you please fix the issue.
Used to be good....but I cannot get into the app!!

I used to use PP a lot but haven’t used it recently. I had deleted the app a while ago but just tried to reinstall it but cannot get in!! The database knows that I have an existing account based on the user prompts of my phone number and/or email. But it does not give me the option to login using the existing contact info! It only wants me to try again but I would rather get into the account with my existing contact info to access the points that I had already accumulated. Frustrating!!

I have an iPhone X and the app keeps crashing when I first open it. The screen is white when I first open it and nothing pops up then crashes. Never had this issue before until now.

So it’s clear that I’m not the only one having issues with the white screen and then no recording of drive time. Please this is such a good app but these issues are horrible. Classes start for me in just under two weeks and I use these points. Please help us and give us a fix. This has been going on all summer :(
The goal setting is awful

Please get rid of the goal setting and just let me open the app and lock my phone even when I'm not on campus. I'll get a call that I have to answer or an urgent text that I need to at least read and I pick up my phone and boom all the points are gone and it's extremely annoying. Make the off campus feature just like the on campus one pleaseeee.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it’s great. I love using the app and my points are stacking a lot, especially after driving. The only issue is that the bug fixes haven’t fixed the fact that I can not access anything in the app. When I open the app I am left with a white screen that will not go away. I can’t do anything with he app now. I hope this can get fixed. It works for my friends, but I don’t know why it isn’t working for me. Is it because of the type of phone I have? iPhone 8+

Recently every time I try to open the app it just gives me a white screen then closes the app all together. I’ve tried reopening it, restarting my phone, and closing other apps but nothing works. There’s a glitch within the app that needs to be fixed.
