Great but has some serious issues

i like the app but it has some issues : When you try to forward or backward a part of a video it freezes completely and you have to close the app, this issue is not present with all videos it’s there with some of them The next issue is related to subtitles when you download it it won’t be loaded and it display a message saying you must log in to website I have contacted the developer but there is no result.

No support for Apple Files. None. Zero. Nadda . Come on guys... We didn’t pay for pro just to have you go idle on us! They are still around as they HAVE updated other apps in the las month or so. Not sure I’d recommend this if they have quit supporting it...

I purchase this thinking it works like infuse But it doesn’t . When I try to restore purchase as instructed to go menu then learn more and restore purchase , there is no learn more options it’s Facebook messenger chat . Not good !!!

Powerful application but...

Thank you for the pro version and I think that it’s very powerful app for cloud playing but the subtitles for other languages is not available sometimes and I am wondering how to play external audio (narration) instead of main audio.
