PLEASEEEE FIX

varn1x

There's a major issue when seeking where the seeking bar keeps going back and forth. That issue keeps me from using Playerxtreme. That issue was not there before the app got revamped. Seeking is a major feature for my work and I really need to get it fixed. Thank you.

This new version isn’t as good as previous version

11/14/17 DON’T Downdate to this new version

Updating will delete progress

ABSOLUTELY RUINED ALL the screen aspect size settings They SHRUNK ALL THE SIZE SETTINGS I can’t even go full screen on the iPhone X now it’s like watching on a smaller iPhone like the 6. They also REMOVED Auto rotate!!! Why would you remove auto rotate and replace it with manual rotate?!?! RETURN ALL SCREEN SIZE SETTINGS to what they previously were. I’ve got a good half inch of screen on the iPhone X that they seem to think is useless so the picture is TINY. It’s like they made this update and only tested it on their iPhone 7’s

Question for the New UI Interface....

Just me 3000

Now it won't load. Don't update! Crashes but plays almost anything.

PowerXtreme Pro has quirks but is Excellent Overall

PowerXtreme Pro is a great tool for reviewing lectures quickly. The videos can be played back at faster than normal speed, which can greatly add to the interest level of a lecture. It would be better if the speed increments were smaller than 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 etc. but you can get used to listening at 1.5 x normal speed. Another truly great feature is that you can skip, or repeat parts of the video by amounts which are fully controlled by swiping backwards or forwards. Such a great feature. The sound and brightness are also controlled by swiping up or down with either one or two fingers. That isn’t perfect, but it works. Another great feature, is that the software can find the downloaded video that a user has placed in the iPad’s home video folder. That seems to be a obvious feature, but other major software players omit that capability. Weird but true. So why is it quirky, you might ask? Oddly enough, on my iPad at least, the videos always start to play upside down, even when Apple’s TV app played them the right way up. Is that weird, or what? It is easy to correct the problem by clicking the screen rotate icon, but why does should any video player do that? The other feature that I do not like is that the files in the folder are sorted alphabetically, and not first numerically and then alphabetically. That means that the files 1abc, 2abc, 3abc, 11abc, 12abc are listed as 1abc, 11abc, 12abc, 2abc, 3abc, whereas Apple’s Tv app lists them in the correct order. That may seem like a minor detail until you try to find a video that comes as part of a sequence, such as a course. Then it is a pain to deal with, but not impossible. So why did I give them 5 stars? Because the things that the app does well, easily overcome the weird parts.
