This new update has so many bugs. I, as worship leader, am supposed to have access to all plans that I have started working on. (At least 2 months in advance) but all that is accessible to me is our plan from last week. As well as any time any of my band closes a song their entire app crashes. This is extremely frustrating considering that I usually use this app as well as many other people, on Sunday mornings, and the bugs weren’t able to be fixed before worship

Update bug?

I have used planning center several years now. I’ve used it for about three different organizations. I recall being able to switch between the organizations when I was playing for more than one at a time. However, since the recent update I’m stuck in an old organization that has archived my profile, and I cannot switch to the organization I’m currently active in. I attempted to figure it out on browser to no avail. Please help! Or make it easier to switch organizations.

Widget needs major work

App is good overall. User friendly and easy to accept/decline, blockout dates, etc. Major issue is the widget. It used to work great. Now it says I have 0 months until I need to serve again. As a regular user of the app, I feel like it should show how many days, not months. Occasionally, it will even show seconds.

Just did update & now nothing works

Have been using this app for years & have loved it until this update. I’m scheduled for the next two Sundays and can’t even look at the teams I’m scheduled with. What gives? Update: had to uninstall & reinstall, now it works again. ?‍♀️ Update 2: App stopped showing teams & music. Had to uninstall & reinstall again. Hope this next update fixes these problems.

Doesn’t work with iOS 13

Ugh! I updated my os and now Planning Center doesn’t work at all. I know an update is coming but I can’t see our service plans or do any scheduling. Hoping a fix comes very soon!

Lately, it’s just been buggy as heck. The website is great, and MOST of my work is done there. However, the last 2 versions of the app leave me shaking my head. Many times it tells me my churches main folder is empty (I have worship plans for 3 months in there). Sometimes it just won’t update or clear notifications. And c’mon guys, “delete and reinstall” is not a bug fix. I’ve been using Planning Center since way before there was an app, and will continue to do so. However, you guys have GOT to put more thought and testing into the app. It was buggy but tolerable on my 6S Plus. It’s unusable with my 11 Pro.

I still cannot see any of the dates in scheduled for. I know for a fact I have accepted one and am requested to serve for four dates. They still do not show up on the my schedule page. Please fix this.

This app does not let you change your status re: to be present for a certain date or not. Very unintuitive. I have clicked on the tabs and can’t tell how I am supposed to use this other than accepting a request. I was sick today and could not take myself off. I am on sports teams and we use other apps that manage attendance for practices and games. This app is terrible
