Finding songs

I liked how the app used to have the alphabet on the right side to find songs. It’s gone now. We have over 1000 songs and if I can’t remember what the name is exactly, I like scrolling down to S or Y. But now I can’t... is it located somewhere else?
Too Many copies

When adding songs to our list, I sometimes duplicate songs . The problem is I don’t know how to delete them . Can you help ?

So I can’t see my schedule even though I log in and back out. I even tried to delete the app and redownload still doesn’t work.
Playlist resets

When I pause the playlist for longer than a few seconds, un-pausing will restart the playlist from the beginning.
Dark mode

Love this app but not a fan of dark mode with it. Can we get a toggle switch that allows us to choose light or dark mode ourselves? Regardless of the OS setting? Thanks

I always have such a hard time deleting or canceling what I signed up for. Not very easy to use. I do like that it sends my calendar info.

Hey I love this app it’s great but now that I’ve moved to a new church I’m unable to remove myself from my old church worship team. I think it’s the reason I can’t accept requests from my new worship team. Error says “this request is no longer valid”. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Update! Tech support was super helpful and the fix was super easy, and I figured out I can have multiple logins under the same email for every church I serve with apparently. Tech support figured it out for me and responded to me within minutes, although they say they’ll respond within an hour during business hours. Thanks God bless.
