Not easy to use

Very counterintuitive, frequently does not function as promised. I wouldn’t use this app at all if my organization didn’t require it.

I love this app. We use it in our church constantly and it really helps to keep everyone on track with schedules and songs etc. However, many times it shows people on the services schedule who had been deleted previously from the schedule or it doubles up names, and every single time, the only way I get it fixed is by deleting and redownloading the app because when I hit the name to remove it, the “oops error” message pops up and takes me back to the schedule. Please fix this bug or let me know how to get rid of it without having to delete and redownload. Thank you for this wonderful tool.

I cannot see any of the files/media for the songs in the app. My husband and I have the same app. His is working fine, so I have to borrow his phone to print out song sheets and listen to the music every time a service order is put in.

I downloaded the app to better keep track of scheduled volunteer work, as I've been having issues properly accepting all when I get multiple invites. I installed the app about a week ago in order to accept a volley of invites a from a couple weeks prior. I went into the app to find I had 2 invites. I thought this was odd because I was almost certain I had received four, however there were clearly only 2 on the app, so I must have been wrong (it didn't bother to go dig for the original email invites). I accepted the two invites and they showed up, and there were no more invites so I figured all was fine. I went back into the app a little while later (when my wife asked when I would be serving). The two invites I had confirmed showed, and all seemed well. A week later [this morning] I noticed a red 4 on the app icon, so I went in to see 2 reminders for events that had long since passed (before I started using this app, a couple months back)... I viewed them [mark as read] & exited the app to see a red 2... I went back in & went through notifications to see nothing. Confused I started looking through other tabs only to see 2 new invite... Except they were not new, they had been sent the same as the two I previously accepted (I was able to verify this by digging through my emails). Despite this, these were most definitely NOT showing in the app when I first used it. Seeing as one of these invites is for *this* weekend, it was rather important to get these first, but for some reason they simply didn't exist as far as the app conveyed when I first used it last week... I accepted the two invites and exited the app, only to see the red 2 was still present. I went back into the app to check every option I could fine but saw no reason for the number. I exited the app & still saw the red 2, but had to give up at that point. I went back into it a while later [a few minutes ago], still to find no reason for the red 2. When I gave up again & exited the app, the red 2 was finally gone... My hope that the app would help me more reliably keep track of these invites seems less than certain at this point.

Not working

Love Free?

It is still not letting me login when I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I need to use this for my church to check schedules. When I login it tells me oops something went wrong. Please log out and log back in. It won’t go past that. Please fix! I have an iPhone 8 Plus **update** I’m having issues sending emails from my phone now. Not sure what happened.

I’ve used this app for about 2 years with my worship team and I’m a leader too. Easy to use and really helpful for the team. Good app.

Solid app all the way around! My one recommendation that would take this app to the next level would be the ability to transpose mp3s in the app. I don’t always have my laptop on me and it would be really helpful if I had access to all the features of planning center on the go. Please consider this! Thank you!

PDFs broken?

I’m suddenly unable to open or download any PDFs from planning center on my iPad.

Too many flaws and issues with both the app and the website make this program frustrating and almost unusable. Unfortunately, not a lot of other choices right now. The need to have someone else delete you from one place before you can be seen in another is frustrating. Once added, couldn’t see service I had been scheduled for by another place. Would love to be able to edit my own stuff. The fact I can’t send a review without entering a nickname is truly irritating and childish.

I love your app but Why does everything have to come with a price? Can we just have a monthly all inclusive subscription for the Planning Center? All these separate pricing to use your product is a financial strain for the smaller church. We have less than 100 people and that includes the children. Please consider lowering your pricing so we, the smaller churches can partake in your services. God you bless you even the more. Thank you.
