Good but crashes often

Love the app and convenience. However, when trying to add a new song via mobile device it crashes or closes every time. Bummed that I have to pull out my laptop to get in the web to add a song. I like the app and use it often.
Constantly crashing

Love planning center, but the app has MANY issues. It is constantly crashing. I consistently get an error message when trying to delete or add personnel.

This Doesn’t Make Sense

I used to be able to see others information they put out, now I can only see who’s in my team. It won’t let me access a file in the right key. We changed one from a G to an A, and we had to completely change our sight and print the new key, which was still the wrong lyrics. I haven’t been able to get in touch with someone on a different team. I am Audio and Visual, They are on Vocals. There have been times I needed to send her a message asking for help, but it won’t let me see. I also can’t use filters, other than my teams. I have all these things I put my information in, so others can see, now, they can’t see it, nor can I.

It’s really good graphics and quality but I don’t know how to change it to dark mode on iOS because when I had an Android I could change it but it’s really good for ministries

A lot of the features are great, but the usability needs a lot of work. There’s no indication of how to get to anything. And, after I swipe left to right once to show the couple of things hidden over there, I have to end the app in the background of my phone and restart it before I will be able to do that again.
Can’t get into the app!!!

I never rate apps but when they are this frustrating to use I have to. So many problems the worst is it never remembering your password. The save password is a joke. Also if you don’t have cell service or WiFi don’t plan on using it, it won’t open. This app makes me NOT want to serve.

Hard to navigate not user freindly fro adding a phone no. To your profile Or finding the log out to switch churches....... frustrating at best madning at the worst. For example Cant even submit a review without a user nick name although i logged in with my info so have to spend time finding ne one not alteady taken.....
