Amazing

Ok bommer?

This app is so easy to use, but I can only use my moms iPhone for it. Because on Android you can’t do anything. But look around, On iPhone you can look at planets up close and see more things about them. But on Android you can’t do any of that.

Perfect for a quick confirmation

I have an interest in the world around me, but I don’t know diddly about the sky. This is an excellent informational tool for the everyday citizen.

Expand Brain

RossWojoe

For those that like to simply expand the mind. Or those true ‘Star Gazers’ -whether you use this app indoors or outdoors, it will help your neck look up. The planet info is fun - but what would be cool, to see similar (hint) upgrade, the info on the consolations.

Great for children

My granddaughters and I use this app with their telescope, to see the rings of Saturn. We love it.

Name of Jupiter Moon

LPSx4

Just started to use this app. Seems to have lots of information and I have to try going outside with my iPAD to really compare it to the actual sky. I think you have an error for the name of moon 33 of Jupiter. From what I know, the name is Ananke.

Is that a planet or a star???

dayva46

I love this app. Super easy to use and quickly answers questions like “what planet is that?” I’m sure there are other apps available, but this one meets my needs.

...when the Earth spins backwards?

DaveBarak

Since when does the sun rise in the west? Apparently it did today as indicated by this app. I verified my lat/long so I don't know what was going on. I'll try again tomorrow and if the Earth is still spunning backwards I'll switch to a different app.

Thank you

My grandson who is 6 yrs old loves this app, he was exposed to lead poison age 1yr this app helps me to explain the stars and our solar system, although he is in special head class he understands and his learning. Thanks for such an innovative app.

Awesome app right out of the box!

Dr. Charlie Cavanaugh

I was tired of seeing expensive apps, huge downloads and apps with trial ware that promised me the moon but delivered a paywall or were extremely large downloads. I love this app. It was easy to setup as it knew my location, time zone and even got my compass orientation instantly to tell me which planets I was seeing. I love the “visibility” tab to quickly check when they are visible and the “unaided eye” setting which was on by default so I knew exactly what I was looking at. For example, Venus was just about to set right after sunset, and there were two other bright planets then the moon, but I wasn’t 100% sure which ones. Instantly I moved my phone up to the heavens and saw that it was Jupiter and Saturn, then of course the moon, following Venus. Even the phase of the moon was shown. Nicely done!!
