HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They actually tolerate BULLYING & HARASSMENT!!

If there was any stars below a 1 I could give, I would!! The game it’s self is fun, however, unless you are into spending money, you won’t progress too much. The HORRIBLE thing about this company is no matter how much PROOF you send them, they will not ban or remove people’s accounts for bullying, sexual harassment or inappropriate behaviors yet carry the Disney game! They tolerate all of this no matter how much PROOF you send or how many other players also report these individuals! They do not monitor chats, so there is constant SEXTING, occurring in public eyes. All because these people SPEND MONEY!! I will NEVER in my life play another joycity game or spend any money with them!!! They are crooks and don’t care what happens as long as they get their money! My son was bullied and harassed. They refused to do anything!! However! If you are Korean, you can place false complaints of sexual harassment and get others accounts locked for 24 hours to 7 days by photo shopping screen shots!! As that’s what’s happened to several friends because others couldn’t play the game fair! And if you call, they don’t speak English, so they hang up on you!! If you try to “disappear” so that people stop harassing you, since the company won’t help, they still can locate you through chats to find your new alliance or name... no escaping anything! Absurd! Nobody is safe from the server bullies unless you just don’t speak! Smh Great way to present a DISNEY name!!!

Not a game to keep

I had been enjoying the game, however I noticed I was constantly being attacked by other members when my “shield” wasn’t up. I lose whatever progress I massed as THE SAME person attacked me 5 times in a row, within a 1 hour period, taking with him nearly all the resources I had gathered over a day and a half. There is nothing I can do to prevent it. No training to improve my defense, in fact after the first attack my defenses are scattered and he can walk in and plunder multiple times. Just not conducive to long term play

This game is made for true POTC fans and I want everyone to see that. If ANYONE says else-wise, they are dumb heads without a care about anything. Pirates of the Caribbean was an amazing movie and it’s sequels and this game is the same.

I am ready to quit this game cause it’s just rigged up! I had been trying to get in and kept getting a server under maintenance screen then at the same time I kept getting notifications I was being hit by a Korean alliance! I was hit numerous times before the game let me in! Yet when I tried sending a complaint about the issue as soon as I clicked to attach photos it would kick me out! I guess what do you expect a Korean developer and Korean alliances working hand in hand side by side! What a rip off! Won’t spend any more cash on this game! I warn others do not do waste your time or money on the game! To many issues to many glitches and to much cheating going on with the Korean Alliance and the developer!

Love the game, just a few issues

I absolutely love this game. All I ask for is a cool-down system when it comes to attacking other player’s islands. Within 10 minutes, 1 player attacked my island 7 times, back to back, while I was at work and couldn’t do anything about it.

It is a fun game with a lot of flaws. You can’t just play the game and have fun with no worries. You have to constantly be shielded. Otherwise, you will be attacked constantly by stronger players and alliances. It almost feels like you are being stalked all the time. I think a lot of players have paid big money to top out fast. They have a stupid player vs player that lasts 3 days. Always over the weekend. Time I’m available to play most. I actually play the least now. I just shield up for 72hrs and wait for the pvp to be over. I’m not into trashing lower ranked people trying to have fun. I’d much rather battle the EITC. I would quit playing but I’ve spent 30-40$ on this game and it is still somewhat fun.

A fun game to play at your own pace, but definitely not cheap if you want to leave your mark on a server. Lol

I love this game! I’ll sign in for a few minutes and do what I need to do when I have a few minutes! Or if I want to spend more time I can take time to attack things. It does take some time to do the upgrades once you start getting into the upper levels, but you can earn/craft time speed ups for that!

Love this game. The play is a little clunky but it is still fun. Game has major bugs and customer service is oblivious. I lost a lot of resources overnight, not attacked and didn't purchase anything. Customer service said nothing was wrong. Our depot that is supposed to be used to securely store resources zeroed out all of my resources and I still haven't gotten anything from customer support. They make it so that once you are over a level 15 you have to purchase packs to continue growing.

Please fix this now Every time you do an update that requires an update in the App Store it takes almost a day for the App Store to allow us to down load it. All I see for that day is open app where update should be. When I do get to update my city and ships all get burned. Is this because of time zones? Help please.
