App has so many issues. There is a supposed new update, not available after constant restarts, the store always glitches up saying you’ve made purchases, which don’t go through due to extreme lag issues and the next thing you know after not receiving the purchase even though it says you have, you wind up with multiple purchase charges. Even a thousand or more down. Be careful, the game could be great and it is fun but be weary. I’m at a point I can’t even play right now after trying to get this update to work.

This is absolutely terrible, there should be a limit on how many time you’ve been attacked, I’ve been brutally attacked over 100 times today, it’s stupid people kept griefing me after they couldn’t get any more resources they should allow of to report a player for griefing cause this is just unbelievable, that’s 15million food, 4million wood and 500k of silver gone

I like the game at first because it was fun and I enjoy Pirates of the Caribbean, but then the game started me OVER! I waited numerous hours waiting on buildings to upgrade and all that time was wasted because the game started me OVER! I can’t stress how much I hated when this happened, and anyway, the game gets a little boring after a while so this is why I rated this game a one-star.

Once a week there’s maintenance four years past and yet the game doesn’t run like it did the first year you need WiFi constantly and if you run just your phone service your kicked at random takes several hours to do check in pay for a service for a service when you going to really fix it joy city ?

This game can be addictive and fun, until you have an issue. I didn’t receive $200 worth of items and the initial response to my ticket to them was to clear cache on an iPhone (not possible, that’s android only). Then they told me the items were delivered and the message in my game shows 00 store points delivered with nothing in my inventory. Still waiting on my items and tempted to ask Apple for a refund for every one of my purchases if this isn’t fixed ASAP. Update to the developer response I just received in case anyone is fooled into thinking they care: I have contacted you twice. It took well over 24 hours to fix the issue, no additional compensation was given (my husband and I are both VVIP 6) even though the initial fix was the empty message of 00 gold being sent, and I was asked to send a screenshot of a building event that had already ended and your team knew it ended as that was in my initial reply that no one on the support team fully reads. The one star review remains. Do better for your players, especially the ones that spend so much to keep the game alive.

This game charged $53.11 to my Apple account and did not give me the product I tried to buy. They replied to emails until I was asked to verify my account and now they will not reply or respond. Apple should penalize them for stealing.
