For whatever reason it won’t let me log into my account and put a ton of money into it. I am not about to start over again. If they can’t recover my account I will stop playing and giving them money ?

This is a war game with the motto “take all you can and give nothing back”. I’ve played this game for months and in the beginning my phone crashed every ten minutes, iPhone 6 Plus. I got a new iPhone 7 Plus and it fixed the problem. Updates add more and more data so I’m hoping I won’t have to replace the new phone soon. Customer service is not good if you lose resources because of a glitch in the game that causes your shield to drop and you get attacked. You can count your resources gone and non recoverable. Customer service is obviously very busy and backed up so that is the message you will get so be patient. A very important tip is to make sure you back your game up to face book or email because if you lose your game that is the best way to recover it. There are people who have spent several thousand dollars to level up (yes I said several thousand as in 7 it 8 thousand or more) so expect players who are unbeatable. Most of what the other people have said in their review is true, there are problems. Play at your own risk because this game is extremely time consuming, addicting and drains your battery fast. It is possible to level up without paying but it is slow and laborious but if you have hours upon hours to kill this game will do the trick. Graphics are great and very detailed. If you simply want to farm for resources and don’t want to get attacked then FarmVille is probably the game for you unless you plan on spending 1,000 gold per day to buy a 24 hour shield. Be forewarned if your shield drops you will get farmed by pvp players because it takes millions of resources to level up to the big levels and pirate vs pirate is the fastest way to do that. Although the developers try to filter chat there is always ways around the filter and people use graphic language so this is not a game for young players. I am completely addicted to this game so come look me up and join our alliance.

Really like this game!! I have played games similar to this, but this one has better visuals cool story mode and fun character interaction. Highly recommend this!!
Updates and maintenance
Timing a
Highly enjoyable game but serious improvement is needed when server maintenance is done . For example tonight we were told game would be down 10 minutes for server maintenance after the 10 minutes another 30 minute maintenance pops up when it concludes there’s another’s maintenance of over an hour . Why state a time if it’s not possible to stick to it ? This type of issue will cost the game lots of players due to frustration. Also customer service leaves a lot to be desired since if something that is entirely a game issue happens they do nothing to correct it and blame it on your device

Now it won't let me in the game . What's going on 11/9/17- it says there’s an update and it won’t let me into the game so what do I do? I like this game but if I can’t get Into the game then it’s useless to me.
Anyone else having this issue?
