Ok if the people who made this game are reading this i need help it’s not letting me update for some reason

OK OK I'm going to cave, I'm giving it a four star because even if you do buy from the App Store it's still very cheap, it's a very good game it's very fun and addicting, but if it becomes like mobile strike a game of war then you may just want to go ahead and quit but it's owned by Disney so they probably don't need exactly that much money but anyways yeah it's really fun and I kind of enjoyed it, definitely going to be a keeper for a while. Update: There is update out but you can’t update?

Anytime you are close to leveling up with a shield in place that is about to expire, they do a system update. After the update, you are told there is a client/server mismatch, and are advised to update. Since you just did the update, it won’t allow it again. Eventually, the game starts working again, but only after you have been wiped out by the controlling alliance (which appears to be run by the developers, as they dominate the server, never get hit, and never communicate on the message boards).

I love this game but I have three issues. One is that whenever there is an update, the update doesn’t show up right away on my Apple products. I have an iPhone 6S Plus and an iPad Pro. This hurts me as a player since I cannot get into the game to put up shields, heal, Pirates, do quests, etc.. The second issue is that if, for some reason, I have to delete the app, it makes you create a new profile instead of going to the login/signup screen. I now have several different profiles I manage because of that. The last thing is there should be some form of penalty for attacking lower level territories. Too many of us are F2P and can’t hold up against the P2P players. But I will say I have not spent a dime on this game and have still held my own. These things being said, I do enjoy this game immensely and spend far too much time playing than I probably should.

Great game but when they update it which it’s every week it takes too lone for the update to come out in the App Store. I’ve been attacked repeatedly when this happens.

Recently I tried to log on only to find that I was required to update the game. We have all done this before so no problem right? If it were only that easy. The problem comes in when you are redirected to iTunes only to find no update at all and without an update you can not enter the game. I tried for over four hours without success and finally gave up. The next morning my base was destroyed loosing every cent that I had spent on the game and contacting customer no-service was an exercise in futility just like all of us typically deal with while playing these games. Enough is enough guys. When are we going to stand up and make some noise over being ripped off? Now is the time for change!! Give us our monies worth and give us good customer service for a change! Do not play this game!

Disappointed!!!

I started playing this game a few months back. It was a lot of fun building relationships with my alliance and growing my fortress. Then out of nowhere you decide to merge servers. Complete bulls**t!!! We are now stuck in a server with multiple huge alliances who have obviously paid big money to level their fortresses and build monster ships. Made the game impossible to play and turned a fun time into serious frustration! I will not be recommending your game to anyone!

Was fun then the greedy developers merged the server at players expense and you lose all you worked for if you don’t spend a fortune ya can’t really ever get anywhere horrible the way developers treated loyal modest spenders just pathetic .

No updates!!

I tap the app then it loads then it says update and I go to the App Store and There is no update button! I have a iPad mini please update so I can actually play the game!
