I play this game constantly, that being said after the last Mainentence it won’t load. I have done everything it has said to do with no luck! Getting very frustrated!!!

Customer service is terrible. Now 10 hours since their last “update” and IOS users still can’t log in. No communication except to blame app site. They intentionally make it difficult to contact them and responses are haphazard.

There is no update to the "store update" error that has been ongoing since approx 2330 CT USA. Can't contact help desk since my member number and server number are in game. Will JoyCity ensure my game status is returned to pre-update state? Love the game but updates are painful and not professionally executed.

So I booted up the game and it says to kill 2 lvl 6 banshees I’ve killed like 50 and it says I’ve only killed 1 out of 2 please fix this soon otherwise this game is soooooo good

I can’t even make an moves because the game freezes up and closes before I get a chance. This is is more unstable than Donald Trump.

Original game was lost during sync... over $200.worth of game packages list as well so I lost 2+ years worth of gameplay and now I have to start over

After the last big update the game crashes after a few taps. Can’t play. iPhone. Over 30g memory open and great WiFi

I couldn’t even start this game because you have to create a name that no one else in the world uses. After 15 minutes of trying to come up with an original name I quit. Good luck coming up with name to even get started!

Please read reviews far back too of same situation. They locked my account for "suspicious refund" and stops responding to emails to rectify the matter. I paid their in-app gold purchase to unlock; I do not receive gold from this purchase and it has been several hours and no account unlock. When they do respond, customer service constantly responds with template responses (Sorry that we have failed to meet your expectations or other similar nonsense). So for the record, I will leave a review before I send in an app report of the extortion email, the paid request, and the lack of account access.
