Incredibly Bad Support – Pirates of the Caribbean : ToW Review

This game can be addictive and fun, until you have an issue. I didn’t receive $200 worth of items and the initial response to my ticket to them was to clear cache on an iPhone (not possible, that’s android only). Then they told me the items were delivered and the message in my game shows 00 store points delivered with nothing in my inventory. Still waiting on my items and tempted to ask Apple for a refund for every one of my purchases if this isn’t fixed ASAP. Update to the developer response I just received in case anyone is fooled into thinking they care: I have contacted you twice. It took well over 24 hours to fix the issue, no additional compensation was given (my husband and I are both VVIP 6) even though the initial fix was the empty message of 00 gold being sent, and I was asked to send a screenshot of a building event that had already ended and your team knew it ended as that was in my initial reply that no one on the support team fully reads. The one star review remains. Do better for your players, especially the ones that spend so much to keep the game alive.
