App needs to be rewritten, in a real game, players try to, take the last trick, because you get a point for the last trick.

Why is the left of the dealer forced to open with a minimum bid? Only rule I’ve ever played is dealer wins bid at minimum if nobody bids, and I don’t see this option.

As far as any pinochle app goes, this one is great. Tons of settings to mess with, including game speed. All around. The app is great and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. By far my favorite thing about this app is the minimal ads. Other card games you get ads between each hand, sometimes two back to back which take forever. With this game, I’ll forget that it even has ads because they’re so rare. I’ll play 2-3 games before I see an ad, and it’s usually very short and you can close out of it right away.

I play the game because it is the best of the free pinochle games out there. Given that, it is absolutely ridiculous the number of times the game will deal EW a double run, a double (or triple) pinochle, or a double run with a double/triple pinochle. The probabilities of this happening in a real life game are so slim. Plus, I agree on the N partnership as N usually throws trash when S takes the trick, but throws points when EW takes the trick.

It started out fun but when your opponent keeps getting runs and melds up to 30 points and I get nothing, over and over....to frustrating. Toooo many adverts.

In general I’m thinking the writers of these pinochle games are former players that had no creativity about them selves and how to play the game. So they’ve set to frustrate whom ever get one or several of these Pinochle games to never figure out the computer, never winning games by play only the percentage the designer built into the game them selves. Not any fun what so ever. It’s done with unrealistic hands dealt at crazy odds. Like Queens or jacks around, short of one queen or jack every nine out of ten times (crazy) that don’t happen in real life. Maybe only the computer players getting the double Aces around, and the human players never,never, ever getting two marriages in trump or Kings around. Also, you see a triple pinochle being dealt to either side. Crazy programming I will not continue with pinochle again, your games aren’t realistic and the odds are from some other solos - system.
