Horrible update

It won’t let me Log into my files. It updated with out any warning and changed my password. Now I don’t know how to even log in or change my password. The reset isn’t working. This is awful and I lost everything

Since the update I cant unlock it! And now all of the photos I backed up are gone I guess.

After the last update, I’ve been locked out. I tried the ( reset password) It didn’t work. I also read some reviews the try the password from my phone at the time of the update... that didn’t with either? Now what do I do? The app still has my files because I can look up how much space it using, I just can’t access it!! ???

When I try to open the app it just goes to a black screen and than closes!

Just like everyone else. Update happened, password and every attempt to find new password impossible. Not “reset password” btw. Developer won’t respond. Pics gone. Been trying for 6 months. DO NOT USE!
