No longer able to access after the most recent update. Trying “reset password” (with out quotes) unsuccessful. Prior to the “Media” update, it was great.

Loved this app and even paid for it. The last update locked me out. My password doesn't work and there is no way to change it or request help. I have lost all of my files due to being locked out.

Update made it so i can’t access photos

There isn’t any instructions on how to get in and i know i have entered my old password when the app was “calculator+”. I also found a review that said to use reset password, but that didn’t work.

Not able to upload from computer

The wifi feature is buggy. It does not let you upload from your computer to the app. The add files button is not available. I’ve tried three different browsers. Please fix.

Every time I try to upload my pictures from USB it crashes and it’s bad enough I already paid the “upgrade” fee. Not satisfied at all

I had so many precious memories stored in this app. Then I upgraded to a new phone, and suddenly the app won’t recognize my password anymore. Seems like there’s no way to recover the account, no website, no option to reset the password, no support whatsoever. I lost everything. Don’t store your private memories in this app. It’s not worth the heartbreak when it locks you out later.

This app was awesome until the update. Now it looks different and my password doesn’t work. I have no way of getting in to change my password and it’s very frustrating to have lost so many pictures.
