Same Password Problem

I have the same problem as everyone else. I’ve been locked out of the app since the update. “Reset Password” and every other word/capitalization combination does not work. I tried reaching out to developer but no response in over a month. Doesn’t seem like he checks his account. No idea what to do but I would love access to my photos!!!

i can’t access any of my photos ever since the Touch ID was patched out and reset password doesn’t work

This used to work flawlessly. But awhile back on one of the updates the calc first screen disappeared and now you have to enter the master password at the beginning, defeating the purpose of appearing to be a simple calculator. If that wasnt enough, now it crashes when I try to access the video files I downloaded to the ipad. I’m away and can’t access what I need. It just won’t work. What a way to crap a perfectly working app. Save your money and buy something else...

Still crashing on version 7.2 while trying to transfer videos or picture from App to Phone on iPhone 10 with most recent update on phone also

My pictures are still missing!!! The creator of this app needs to fix this!!

What happened to my pictures?? I finally got back into the app and everything is gone! (I had to delete and re-download to even sign in) Those were very special pictures with someone who’s not on this earth anymore.. so if anyone knows how to get these back please help!!
