Good app with one overlooked flaw

The app works well and I’ve used it for a while now. However, when viewing photos or videos on the iphone X, the home line never fades away on the screen and constantly obstructs the photo or video.

The latest update changed the name of the app. It also has made it so that I can't even open it up now. WTH!!!! Not happy ???

When the new update came through it wouldn’t allow me to login, and the app support hasn’t helped or even replied. I tried the “reset password”and it didn’t work...and the only reason I rate 5 stars is so you all can see this. Now I can’t access ANY Of MY photos.

The most recent update has made me unable to get into the app at all. All my files have been lost. I have tried the fix of entering “reset password” and it still doesn’t work.

So after this last update, my password will not work and the reset password is not working! After looking through your tweeter fed, this is a problem with a number of people!! We are all stuck with no access to our photos!

I had and paid for the earlier version of this app. As others have posted, the web server feature stopped working. I deleted the app and it was no longer available to download (having been replaced by this new version). So, I have lost my in-app premium. That's no problem, as I'm happy to support the developer with a new premium purchase. However, the web server function does. It work with this version either. (Turning on the web server says to use the URL http://(null):5555 which is not going to work. And yes I am on my home network with both the device and computer.) I have written to the developer twice with no response for a week. Others have made the same complaint. It's too bad because, I have previously enjoy the great feature set and functionality of the app.
