I used this photo transfer tool for about a year to copy (sometimes large) photo files from my iPad Pro to my laptop with no problems until recently. Over the last several months, the process “stalls” during the transfer, then I get a message saying that I’ve lost connection with the internet even after verifying both devices clearly are connected to the internet and my wi-fi is working. I then have to reboot both devices and start over. What used to be a relatively smooth process has become cumbersome and frustrating. I’m now looking for an alternate method of transfer.

Finally an app where you don't have to pay anything to get your photos easily transfered. There were no glitches and it was fast.

It just works! The images transfer seamlessly and quickly. As a professional photographer I don’t have time to wait for my images to transfer from my IPad to my IMac. This app does it quick and pain free. And my files are big - 42mp each. Get the app. You. Won’t. Be. Disappointed.
New features not free (misleading)

This app in the latest (version 7) has been very misleading. Both the 2 new features are paid subscription based and not free... They advertise as if its free... I'm deleting this app as I write this review.
iOS 7.1.2 start crashing after the update!

Update: (9/29/16) The App start crashing after updating the App in my old iPhone4 running iOS7 7.1.2 today! iOS10 is ok. I bought this App to transfer files from my iPhone4 to 6s. Please fix it! 1 Star for now! AMAZING! 1 Million STARS! You guys are Amazing! This App deserves a recognition from Apple. Simple and Easy to learn! My iMac detected it in a flash! One of the Best App I've ever bought! Keep up the good work!
Not worth purchasing

The paid app claims to transfer all of your files but in reality - it doesn't transfer all of them, not even in the exact order. It also gives other reasons why all of them did not go through.

When it works....

The app is great when it works. However it doesn't always "recognize my device ". When that happens I turn it all off and restart. Sometimes that solves the problem and other times I just wait for a couple of hours before retrying
