Unreliable – Photo Transfer: Send via WiFi Review

I used this photo transfer tool for about a year to copy (sometimes large) photo files from my iPad Pro to my laptop with no problems until recently. Over the last several months, the process “stalls” during the transfer, then I get a message saying that I’ve lost connection with the internet even after verifying both devices clearly are connected to the internet and my wi-fi is working. I then have to reboot both devices and start over. What used to be a relatively smooth process has become cumbersome and frustrating. I’m now looking for an alternate method of transfer.
