I love the simplicity of this app. Easy to use. The only issue I ever have with the app is when the Wi-Fi is not very strong then it could be glitchy for a PC.

I’m loving the USB transfer on the new desktop app. I do still have connectivity issues sometimes but it’s improved. If the app would also convert my pictures to jpg I would give it 5 stars.

The free network version works well, but the wired version for $3 a year does not work at all you still transfer via wireless on the network. Like this review if I just saved you $3 a year. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my money back.

I have use this app for at least a year and find it the best way to organize the transfer of my photos and videos from my phone to my PC. Love it.
Metadata lost?

Transferred photos from iPhone X to Mac with the $6.99 upgrade, but it appears all People/Faces metadata is lost. What a huge disappointment. App Store information states the app would preserve all metadata, developer tells me after-the-fact that Faces data is not included.

Beware! If you download “free version”, while in the process of importing photos, a note pops up telling you you will need to upgrade ($7.00 +) for hi res photos. I did because who wants low res photos? I upgraded and app crashed along with my $7.43.

Awesome app! So easy to use! Don’t know what I would do without it! I use it to transfer all my merchandise photos from my phone camera to eBay. Excellent app!
