So Frustrating

I have no idea how to move my pictures from my A6000 to my iPhone anymore. I honestly have no clue what this app does now.

Bought the Sony a6000 thinking it could transfer photos wirelessly. Well, after multiple attempts it’s now clear that’s not possible because this app doesn’t work. When using the send to smartphone feature, it will try to connect but just loads forever with no success. Taking camera back. After seeing how long this app has been out with 100% of the users claiming it doesn’t work you would think Sony would have a fix, Very disappointing.

Will never purchase another Sony product. How can this app still be in existence? If you have any shares of Sony, sell sell sell. Something is clearly not right for this to go on for so long.

I already have a “Sony account” the app says to sign in with any “Sony account” and I get an error saying that my log in info is associated with another account. When I try to create a new account I get the same error, when I try to “link my accounts” I get the same error Junk junk junk

Can’t transfer pictures

I just bought my first Sony camera. Really excited about being able to transfer my pictures with ease! Only to find out that I can’t do that anymore because of this new app.. really upsetting having to wait and connect to my computer just to send my pictures!

One of the main reasons I bought my camera is for the phone sync upload. Doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous

I had it for 30 seconds. Wasn’t even able to register through app. It wouldn’t let me select options from menu like it wasn’t setup for mobile use. Tried switching to horizontal and same crap. This is suppose to be an app for mobile use, fix it or delete from App Store

Sony wth!? This app is total dog sh*t. You’ve managed to screw up a pretty simple thing. You make great products but no follow through on the tech???!!!
