Great Chanel selection and price but please update iOS app!

Please update your app to where it will support full screen for the new iPhones! Would be nice to be able to alter the guide on the phone to put your Chanel’s you like first. Also give a grid guide option for the phones and iPads.

Only shows current show and can’t see any future times. Android app is far superior.

Keep having issues where certain videos wont load. Will get a message saying “took too long to load this video” then the app will close. My internet connection is good. It’s very frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend to pay for this service until this bug gets fixed.

App is a good idea, great shows but keeps freezing every time.. so basically , you will get annoying by the 3 minutes commercials every 5 minutes , plus the bad broadcast ????

For $20/month I get access to 50+ channels and their on demand content. Sure it lacks sports channels but I don’t care that’s what the other apps are for. For what I am paying $65/month with another provider I can get for $20 here. The on demand content here works great and streams fast. For those that complain about ads this isn’t Hulu, your watching live TV of course there are ads. Give it a shot and you’ll be happy.

Tried free trial week. Yes great channel selection. BUT I REFUSE to pay $20.00 a month, for lots of commercials added in. And when not commercials, buffering all the time. With all the added commercials, I just don’t think it’s worth that much. I’ll stick to Pluto it’s free so I know that means lots of commercials! If I pay, I want at least minimum commercial content !!!!!!!!!!!
Too many commercials

I like the app but it does freeze occasionally. Also there needs to be a price package for no commercials. In a 45 min show I get 3 min of the show and 3 min of the commercial. Also it’s the same commercials. There’s 3 capitol ones on repeat, Allstate and then two ads for the show I’m currently watching. Ex: watching 7 worlds one planet but having two ads for the show. It’s really really frustrating. If you’re going to force commercials either add a mute button so I don’t constantly have to adjust to volume or give a variety and stop suggesting to watch a show I’m already watching.
App doesn’t mirrors on AppleTV

I used to love Philo until I tried to use the iPad App to mirror it on my AppleTV. It just doesn’t go through... Sound works, but image just freezes. I’m so disappointed about it. I tried to use the web version, but as soon as it detects you’re on an iPad, it just doesn’t let you use it, even if you request the desktop version. So frustrated about this issue. I hope they’ll fix it some day...

They way the channel line is not so good. Also I cannot cast from my iPhone to tv.
