Love it, needs revision fo two or more units

I love the product and app, I have 2 Pet Nets. One verso. Is the original more expensive and a new version which was significantly cheaper. The new version is off by 10 or more seconds when feeding time. I would love to only have one app for two or more devices. It’s more work having my partner add the app on his phone and tell him its time to adjust the par levels with a new bag.


Needs multi-pet version!!

Since you can’t have link multiple feeders to the same account, it is frustrating that the login screen is buggy. It took me four attempts to create two accounts. Now that my accounts have been created, I go to login, select the password field and it prompts me to create a password rather than to select from my auto saved list. There is no option to select your WiFi network; you must type it out.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I got the feeder about 2 weeks ago. So far it’s really great. Some of the kibble falls when I shake the device. And the device is kind of big and bulky. The material should be of better quality. But app is fine and product too. It works! Keep updating app! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO KEEP UPDATING THE APP.

This app does not allow for more than one feeder at a time and even if you start 2 different accounts with different emails and passwords when you log out and log back in you have to register the feeder all over again! HORRIBLE APP! Not functional. Also when feeder looses wifi the feeder does not have an internal timer to dispense even when power is hooked up.


It’s broken

Really confused.

The device has stopped working and the app will not let me reconnect it to WiFi. Support is non existent and will not respond to email or phone. Waste of money and time.

Not only the worst app, but terrible product and customer service. Constantly logs out, says there was a missed feeding/unable to feed when it does and vice versa. Every time I log in in auto populated a password and I have to click “choose my own” and log in- it’s set to new users all the time. They said they would send me a replacement then ignored me for 7 weeks before sending me a replacement that doesn’t work. They have no phone number, they ignore emails and social media. Save your money, there are much cheaper per feeders that are far more reliable.


Worked decent for 1 year

The worst part is that there is zero customer service. It stopped working 12/31/19 and now it says it’s connected to our wi-if but when it tries to feed it says offline... and doesn’t feed which is of course a problem when you are gone and trying to remotely feed your pets. We have sent multiple emails, with no response, can’t find a number to call. So now it’s just sitting there worthless and we have spent way to many hours of our life tying to fix it. It never worked perfect (random feedings) but it at least worked. Super disappointing.
