False advertisement

I receive an email stating that I get 15% off on a purchase over $50 if I do curbside. Went on my app to place my order but there was no way of applying that discount, no code, nothing. Which was super frustrating! If your going to send emails with promotions/discounts than it has to actually work. Such false advertisement!!!

App problems

I am not able to access app on my iPhone.Error message: Ruh Ruh Your session has expired. Please log back in under the account tab. However,it will NOT let me do. I find that the app is NOT easy to work with when I do open the app.

Can’t gain access to the app without entering my pet’s info, asked for permission to my photos 5 times (I denied each time) then required an account from me, all before getting in the app. All I’m trying to do is find out if my dog’s food is in stock before I drive across town, so I guess the app helped because I’m not giving Petco a dime after this nonsense.
Not working well

This app has MANY issues as of late. It keeps making me sign into my account in every section of the app! The appointment system is not working at all. It asks me to sign in on every tab I am trying to use. Extremely inconvenient. Guess I will find a groomer and order my repeat food delivery elsewhere.

The app keeps signing off my account every 5 minutes. So I have to keep signing in every time I need to use it. Another thing is it kind of lags. Could definitely use some improvements.

I do love this app. The only downfall is they don’t offer all of the flavors or sizes on the Purina Pro Plan dry dog food that we buy.
