I can’t understand how this app has such high reviews. Almost never opens on my phone nor my partners, and when it does we can rarely get past the payment screen.

Petco is my absolute favorite store and always my go to! They have exactly what I need for my cats that have such specific diets due to their allergies and the brands they keep are great!

Food my cat loves

Ordering my cats favorite food from Petco for the first time. Easy process and good prices. So far so good!

After using the app, I am annoyed. The filters don’t properly show items that are available to be delivered. Due to this, Ordering took twice as long as it needed. Items show “same day delivery” and Shipping shows 7 days out. Quite a discrepancy there.

Can’t schedule grooming

It is really frustrating that I can’t schedule grooming through the app. Especially when I get notifications that it is time to schedule through the app. When I click on the schedule option it ask for my name and phone number. When I submit the info it takes me back to the original screen. It’s a continuous loop

This App is missing ONE feature!

The only thing this App is missing Or needs (unless I somehow missed it) is the “favorites” option to save specific items I’m interested in.

Had troubles w/app- w/finally I finally got to end of transaction- the 10% discount disappeared. So no discount apparently
