My order is set trying to check out does nothing but spin. Might be losing this sale if it doesn’t move forward to complete order.

The portion for service appointments needs to be updated. It practically forces you to book one of the bath options so that you can make an appointment online. Since I only need nail trimming and buffering I have to go into Petco to book it.
Prices have skyrocketed!

Our bag of dog food went up $14 per bag in one month!! Definitely will be shopping around at different pet stores!
Great app but tiny display

I love the site functionality and design but wish it was optimized for iPads. It’s showing up tiny on the screen as if I was using a small iPhone.
Great for discounts but

It’s great ordering through the app and getting discounts on your purchases! I just wished it kept me logged in and remembered what store I use. There is only one store in my area so, I shouldn’t have to search when choosing a store to purchase at every time. I also didn’t like how I was charged a $1 when an item was out of stock. It isn’t my fault that I was allowed to order something online if it wasn’t in stock in the store.
App needs work!!

Your app will not accept my saved password. Fortunately I got through with Apple Pay. Secondly, the app told me to go back a select a different quantity of Nylabone treats, stating that the quantity I selected is no longer available. I did so, and was unable to add it to my order. So now I have to go back in and order the Nylabones separately. This really makes me want to take my business, even my online business, elsewhere.

The app in many dont open, only pop up the blue screen with the logo, I have to clise it and reopen 2 or 3 times to work
