Could be awesome...

This app has great potential, but the fact that you can't input a recipe with a url on the iPad or iPhone, is frustrating to me. Even though I can do it on my computer, I am very rarely on the computer and would rather be able to do it on the device that I'm on. I LOVE the fact that you can cut or multiply the recipe with a touch. The idea of having my recipes wherever I go and to be able to share them with friends is great, too, but getting the recipes on there is too much of a pain. Hopefully something can be done about that?

Have been using app for years.

I spend most of my time doing, rather than playing with electronics, apps or writing reviews. As titled above, this app delivers. I Have stored my personal recipes and online favorite recipes with this app for many years. A demanding Chef requires a simple filing system. What more needs be said?

Nice...when it actually works.

They at least got the app to work with iOS 9, but now the shopping list won't sync. Updated it online, go to pull it up on my phone, and squat. Close app, restart...still nothing. Go to check online and it DELETED MY SHOPPING LIST. Now I'm frustrated and hangry, and let me tell you, a frustrated hangry pregnant woman is NOT what you want.

What i really wanted

Dr Rock!

I live this app. I love that I can enter my own recipes via pc and sink to my iphone. The features i wish it had is to be able to select to keep the screen on while app is in use. Otherwise i am always swiping the screen when cooking.

No tech support!

I'm locked out of my app and can't remember my password. Tried to email tech support 3 times and never received a response! Awful!

Superb!!!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to keep a shopping list, recipes, and meal planner all together. And I can even just type in what I want to add to the schedule--it doesn't have to come from a website! I can't say enough good things about this app. ?

Great app!

I'm really enjoying Pepperplate. I've been looking for something just like it and was thrilled to find it for free. My main frustrations are with migrating my pre existing recipes to Pepperplate... I'd love to see a few changes to make this process easier: 1. Ability to upload word files (to import all of the recipes I have saved on my desktop). 2. "Save to Pepperplate" is awesome, but seems to have trouble saving images. It'd also be great if I could download recipes in bulk to backup on my desktop.

Amazing

This app has made meal planning so much easier for me, especially the shopping list feature. Some improvements could be made to the way it imports recipes, as I do have to go back to the desktop website sometimes to get things the way I want.

Was great...

Until my grocery list stopped working. It just keeps deleting everything I put in it and reloading the same 5 things from weeks ago. I loaded my whole grocery list on my computer and then got to the store and it wouldn't pull up on my app. Very frustrating.

Can't sync computer to phone or iPad

This app makes you manually add recipes, which is very hard on iPhones. There is a sync bottom that does not sync. It won't let me sync the computer to phone or iPad, eliminating its usefulness. This app has so much potential but is little more than eye candy with the manual entry via phone. Don't waste your time or money!!!
